Zuyuan HE (44)
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr He holds a bachelor degree in geology and an MBA from Tsinghua University in China and has over 21 years experience in uranium exploration and financial management. Mr He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Nanjing Zhong Da Group for a period of 3 years. Mr He is currently a director of the following Chinese Companies: Beijing Sino-Kaz Uranium Investment Company Limited; Semizbay-U LLP; and China Uranium Development Company Limited.
Lindsay George DUDFIELD (52) B.Sc.
Executive Director
Mr Dudfield is a geologist with 27 years experience in multi-commodity exploration, primarily within Australia. He held senior positions with the mineral divisions of Amoco (1977-1979) and Exxon (1980-1987) and was closely involved with the delineation of the Scuddles zinc-copper mine at Golden Grove, WA.
In 1987 he became a founding Director of Dalrymple Resources NL and spent the following 8 years helping acquire and explore Dalrymple’s properties, leading to a number of greenfields discoveries. Mr Dudfield was a founding Director of Jindalee Resources Limited and was responsible for assembling the tenement portfolio now held by Energy Metals.
Mr Dudfield is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Geological Society of Australia and the Society of Economic Geologists. He is currently the managing Director of Jindalee Resources Limited.
Geoffrey Michael JONES (46) B.Eng.
Non-Executive Director
Mr Jones is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree. He has over 24years experience covering the areas of construction, engineering, mineral processing and project development. Mr Jones has been responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies for gold and base metals projects and has completed numerous project evaluations and due diligence reviews and has managed the successful development of projects both domestically and overseas.
Mr Jones is currently Managing Director of Brumby Resources and Non-Executive Director of Adamus Resources Limited.
Huachun LUO (40)
Technical Director
Mr Luo is a member of the Geological Society of China and holds a Masters Degree in Geology from Chang Chun University of Science and Technology and has over 17 years of technical experience. Mr Luo also holds Hazard Assessment Engineer qualifications from the Ministry of Personnel of China. Mr Luo has previously acted as the Deputy Researcher for the institute of Seismic Engineering (Beijing Earthquake Administration).
Bin CUI (34)
Financial Director
Mr Cui holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and has 12 years financial management experience. Mr Cui previously held the position of senior financial manager of Tiens Group International based in Africa.
Xuekun LI (33)
Ms Li holds a Bachelor degree in management from Ji'nan University, P.R. China and she is a member of ACCA and CSA. Ms Li has extensive experience as a Corporate Accountant and Company Secretary having previously worked for an ASX listed junior explorer.
