Oscar AAMODT (62) FCIS
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Aamodt is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and has more than 20 years experience in the administration and management of mining and exploration listed companies in Australia and overseas. He has held a number of directorships in Australian mining companies as well as having held the position Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a large mining company with operations in Australia and Africa. From February 2002 until June 2004 he was a director and company secretary of Abelle Limited and most recently company secretary of Bluestone Tin Limited and Metals Exploration Limited. Mr Aamodt is also on the board of Independence Group.
Lindsay George DUDFIELD (52) B.Sc.
Executive Director
Mr Dudfield is a geologist with 27 years experience in multi-commodity exploration, primarily within Australia. He held senior positions with the mineral divisions of Amoco (1977-1979) and Exxon (1980-1987) and was closely involved with the delineation of the Scuddles zinc-copper mine at Golden Grove, WA.
In 1987 he became a founding Director of Dalrymple Resources NL and spent the following 8 years helping acquire and explore Dalrymple’s properties, leading to a number of greenfields discoveries. Mr Dudfield was a founding Director of Jindalee Resources Limited and was responsible for assembling the tenement portfolio now held by Energy Metals.
Mr Dudfield is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Geological Society of Australia and the Society of Economic Geologists. He is currently the managing Director of Jindalee Resources Limited.
Geoffrey Michael JONES (46) B.Eng.
Non-Executive Director
Mr Jones is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree. He has over 24years experience covering the areas of construction, engineering, mineral processing and project development. Mr Jones has been responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies for gold and base metals projects and has completed numerous project evaluations and due diligence reviews and has managed the successful development of projects both domestically and overseas.
Mr Jones is currently Managing Director of Brumby Resources and Non-Executive Director of Adamus Resources Limited.
Patricia Anne (Trish) FARR (37) GradCertProfAcc., GAICD
Company Secretary
Ms Farr is an experienced company administrator with over 10 years experience in the mining industry. She worked for large mining company Resolute Mining Limited and is currently employed by Jindalee Resources Limited.
Nicholas Ross BURN (48) B.Sc (Hons) MBA
Exploration Manager
Mr Burn is a geologist with 22 years experience, focused on exploration and development of gold, uranium, base-metal and mineral sand resources within Australia. Extensive experience has also gained with native title negotiation and land access issues in the Northern Territory and Queensland.
Mr Burns has held senior positions with Dominion (1987-1993), Pegasus Gold, Oxiana and Haddington Resources. He has been involved with the delineation of the Woolwonga and Mt Todd deposits, exploration and devleopment of satellite ore bodies at Golden Grove, as well as managing greenfields exploration throughout Northern Australia.
Mr Burn has an MBA in strategic management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
